Submit Your Items to the Autograph Library for Examination

It's easy to get your autographed items Forensically Certified!
Simply follow the steps below.

Step One: E-Mail Confirmation of Availability & Price

  • Click Here to E-Mail our staff so that we can check to see if we have your autograph(s) listed in the Australian Autograph Collectors Data Base. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from the Autograph Library within 2 working days if a genuine in person signature example is listed in the library's data base, as well as the cost to certify your item(s).
  • If your autograph(s) are not listed in our Data Base, we will try to obtain a clear in person signed example from the many reputable company's that we are associated with, to use to compare this to the signature in question. This process may take up to three weeks from submission of your e-mail. If we can not obtain a sample from a reputable source we will not be able to certify your signature at this time.
  • Step Two. Complete Report Form & Record E-Mail Invoice Number
  • The Autograph Library will issue you an e-mail confirmation which will contain a submission report form. Carefully fill out all fields on the Library Report Form to generate a unique e-mail invoice number. This number will help us track your order. Please keep this record safe for your future reference. Your e-mail address will enable us to get in touch with you the moment your package arrives.

Step Three. Print Two Copies of The Submission Form

    • Print two copies of the completed submission report form making sure all details you provide are complete and accurate. You must enclose a copy of the report form with your order, as well as keep a copy for yourself for future reference.
  • Step Four. Shipping Your Item [Fragile Packaging]
    • Place your item in a small box taking care when packaging your item to avoid being damaged in the mail. Use bubble wrap or some other packing material for protection. Make sure your collectible is completely secured within the box before sealing.
    • Remember!!! You must enclose your report form inside the box before sealing. Use packaging tape to completely seal the outside of the box. Shake box to make sure items do not rattle around inside box, if so use some out of date old newspapers etc, to secure the item.
  • Step Five. Shipping Your Item
    • Select Australia Post Registered Insured Mail To Ship Your Item. This ensures a signature will be required when the Post delivers your item to The Autograph Library's Office. Choosing alternative shipping method is responsibility of the sender.
